You as a customer are responsible for the sizes and if they deviate from what is "normal" we will always ask you to check them by email.
Due to incorrect measurements, the item can break or not sit well when put on, we do not take any responsibility for this.
We respect your confidentiality and all orders are packaged without corporate advertising or logos.
If a package is lost or not delivered, we will provide tracking information where necessary so that you can submit a claim to the post office or the relevant shipping company.
Liability delivery :
We mainly ship via PostNL to a home address, we are responsible for that
correct/discreet delivery to your home. If you choose to choose a different address such as a collection point, we as a webshop are no longer liable for correct delivery!
International and E U orders:
Shipped as small packages, this service is not traceable. An order of more than 2 kg is sent with tracking and this service is traceable. Orders are sent to your confirmed payment address unless you ask us to ship to another address.
Because all orders are made to measure, they can take up to 30 business days to ship. But we will ship your order as soon as it is ready. If the color you choose is not available, we will make your item in the closest available color option at your own discretion. If your item is tailor-made, you must enter a size chart. Please note that your order will be placed in the formats that you submit. We do not take into account a tighter fit. We only accept our own size tables. By submitting one of our size tables, you accept full responsibility for the correctness of the specified sizes. We do not accept returns or refunds for errors that you have made in these charts. Please note No refunds can be made for customized items. Or if you choose one or our standard formats that may not fit because of your wrong choice.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If there is an error with your order, report this in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt. If an item has the wrong size due to our error, we will replace it with the correct size. All items must be returned in the original package, unworn and in the new and clean condition in which they were sent.
VIEW YOUR EMAIL! Make sure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and any status updates. Make sure your email system mentions emails from sales @ elenaslatex.com as a secure sender. This will prevent our messages from being sent to your unwanted folder.
* avoid damaging your new latex when putting it on :
Putting on latex can sometimes be tricky; if you put some talcum powder on the inside of the clothing, it will make putting it on easier. You can also apply silicone oil instead of talcum powder. -To make the latex shine nicely, we recommend using only special Latex care products.
